At the end of the first year of the contract, The King Robert Hotel reported a sales growth of 28% and The Rob Roy hotel achieved a year on year sales increase of 20%. The Best Western Hetland Hall hotel business was suffering from management malaise and in severe distress reporting no business on the books from October 07 onwards. After a full due diligence audit of the business, Bravara uncovered a £70k outstanding balance in the debt ledger relating to the previous 2 years trading. Bravara’s systems were introduced along with a complete management and staff turnaround which resulted in the hotel breaking even in year one and achieving profit in year two with year on year bottom line growths of 30%.
