Since commencing works with Samuel Solley Hotels Limited in 2007 the company has reported an overall sales growth of 12% and a profit growth of 20%. Part of Bravara’s remit was to advise the hotel owners on a strategy to re-position their already extremely successful hotel operations. This has resulted in a £2m capital project in Balgeddie House hotel, adding 20 bedrooms and a 600 member full leisure club and spa. Works commenced in October 09.
