Bravara carried out a full hotel assessment on site with the Tenon team, DM Hall Chartered Surveyors and the hotels’ proprietor. The hotel’s ability to trade profitably and safely was assessed covering areas such as revenue, profit conversion, Health, Hygiene and Safety, key staff assessment, ledger analysis, hotel license verification and future trading.
